I plan to use TWM air horns.
Dyno will soon to be available. The motor is freshly built, I need to
break it in before I can put it on a dyno. Throttle response is a lot
more responsive.

so whats the manifold look like? and what TB's did you use?
did you use bike ITB's? adapt bike carbs to the manifold/fuel injection? lets see some pics.

Nah, you could just cut the stock manifold, then attach the ITB's with hose and clamps to the protruding sections of the manifold where it was cut.
