Brand New Dell Computer, Still in box!

I have a brand new dell computer still in box. I am asking 700 for it. If interested please make offer. It sells for 976$ on the dell site without a monitor. Specs are below.
-Pentium 4 2.0
-30 Gig Hard Drive
- 48x24x48 Cd Burner
- 256 DDRAM
-266 mhz mobo - frontside bus
- has keyboard and mouse
- 15 inch monitor. Not a Flat Panel, Not a Flat Screen.
- It is the 2300 series but has all upgrades.
- I received it from school, and i got a new computer a little less than a month ago.
