Exhaust piping from KTeller8 - reviews wanted.
I've done plenty of searches, read all the posts I could find.
Couldn't find reviews specific to the 5th gen Prelude, which is why I started this thread.

He has a 1996: on second page i asked bout Gains:
Before #: (with intake and 2.25 inch exhaust) 127 whp
After #: (untuned and missing) 261.5 whp
Yeah, that's more than double the power........

well that's a 96 (4th gen) and his looking for someone with a 5th gen review on your stuff. from what i seen must guys are very happy from your product though
96 is a fourth gen yes, your right!!!
I did get one im from someone who got the kit and said their installer had one problem with the last part. I am going to discontinue any 97+ exhuast~~
untill i can get a local guy to get one and figure if it was installation error or actuall spec error with the radials we got from honda.
Because i strive to keep one of the best systems out there, and with over 60+ non prelude customers happy. I wont take a chance that there is a flaw. Unlike other companies, 1 customer does make a difference!

I bought Mike's 4th gen 3-inch stainless system and it was FANTASTIC! Fit was perfect, I'd recommend it any day....
I don't have any before and after gains as the car had the exhaust put on while we were turboing it, but I can say the exhaust is definately helping the car breathe....my car is the Fastest Honda in New Mexico and, as far as I know, the fastest stock motor prelude ever, and I'd certainly contribute some of the power I'm making to the exhaust......
I have some pics somewehre of the exhaust, but I'll have to find them in the morning....we're in the middle of supercharging a 3rd gen eclipse and it was a late night at the shop

I've got one of your systems on my 5th gen...everything was perfect except for the last bend. Honestly I didn't even take it as a problem as everyone's going to use a different muffler and therefore it's impossible to get that last section right for everyone. I'd say just adjust it so that it aims straight out the back centered with the bumper cutout...right now it's offset to the right.
Otherwise the fit was great and I'm extremely happy with it...heavy guage SS! I used a 22" resonator with it along with an 80mm N1, turned out great!!

Thanks for your review! Just curious - what resonator did you use? A 4" round universal? How would you rate the loudness using that resonator/muffler combination?

Thanks Ian~
Not sure what to say guys, untill i have others use it and can clearify the last bend section: i will only list on the site under the disclaimer that it might need small modifications: Untill i can get some good hard info:
Seems like it was good and easy for some ppl, while others had problems. Not sure if its installation error, spec error or just the guy at the shop mad that you didnt go with his 600 plus dollar bends

It's the resonator that kteller8 sells...couldn't tell you about the sound as the motor's not back in the car yet. By the looks of things, though, it's gonna be pretty loud...full 3", no cat, resonator, N1.
