pics of my Teg from Peru Tour
Bought these in Peru. Thanks to TegSport (http://www.tegsportracing.com) for hosting the pic. Sorry for the size (my fault not TegSports):

Nice pix.
How'd you do? Or anyone else for that matter. We had a report on our club e-mail list from Snapspinnr about our "locals", but how did the Honda-Tech gang fair???

Those Panasports look great! For some reason I thought they didn't come in widths greater than 7 inches. If you don't mind me asking, how much do they weigh?
but how did the Honda-Tech gang fair???
I think I'm done with Camaros. I'll probably be in DSP with the SE-R for the rest of the season. [trashtalk]Which means RacerMike better watch his back! The Quaife goes in next week! [/trashtalk]
yeah yeah yeha we want wheel info!!!!!!!!
great pix, they look awesome.
I wanted some of my day at Pocono, but they sucked so bad I sent them back. drats.

I was able to place 4th out of 6 cars in E Mod in my 86 Turbo Civic. Driving on a surface that grippy was hard to adjust to, and I felt like I was underdriving the car in the corners, but I had a great time, and learned a lot. I was less than 3 seconds off John Thomas's EP times on Sunday, so I felt pretty good. I'm thinking of going back for the CENDIV in August and the PRO SOLO, I just need to find somewhere to leave my racecar and trailer for the week between those events so I don't have to haul it back and forth just for a week at home.

I wound up 3rd, about 2.7 seconds behind Steve Hoelscher, but I drove really bad on Saturday. Sunday I was only .47 seconds behind him (and Brian Flanagan beat him Sunday by .1 second in his BMW) but I learned something HUGE at this event and I WILL be faster at Nationals.
Eric Kriemelmeyer took the win in STS in his Scooby dressed in new Falken Azenis, and his co-driver Eric Carman (Crosser), who keeps getting faster and faster in that car took 7th. Jeff Brown (Jeff, identify yourself, I can't remember your username on here) was the highest finishing ITR in G-Stock where he took the 4th and final trophy position.
Those are the only folks I know that weren't mentioned already who hang out here that were there...anyone else, speak up!

The Panasports are 13X8.5" (3-piece) \ and weigh in at just under 10lbs each. When I decided to go to DSP last year I wanted 13-inch wheels come hell or high water. After MUCH research and a lot of calls to a lot of wheel companies, these were the only 13" wheels I found that would fit over the front brakes on the GS-R. They clear the caliper by less than .25", but they don't flex at all and I love them. I tried one of Crosser's one-piece 13X7" Panasports but they didn't clear; the 3-piece wheels have a bigger inner diameter.

Bring it on Pat...actually I was kinda disappointed you didn't run in DSP this past weekend. So, what's up, you taking the SE-R to the Pro and Nats?
The more of us that beat up on Hoelscher, the more he'll complain.

yes, i sucked at Peru
KK, if it's time constraints... just tell your kids you have a research assignment in the field to conduct a statistical analysis on grip coefficients as they pertain to a porous conglomerate. Perhaps that doesn't totally work for you but... you can adapt it appropriately better than I can
Eventually, they should be able to figure out that you just want to dodge cones on the concrete of Topeka.

Carlex and I did not fair well in the R. Actually we got smoked! Kent Raferty beat us by 4+ seconds on the second day, way out horspowered. So now we are going to build a project Street Mod car.
I think we came in like 9th and 10th out of 12.

Hey Karen,
Don't worry, I'll drive it to Nationals for you... What's your top speed with that thing?
Andy -who spent 25 hours in my car this past weekend and it didn't involve any cones...

Seriously, I still haven't decided yet. Depends on how I fare in the next couple autocrosses with my '93. I'm driving it at the two-day autocross on the Jefferson Circuit (actually, if the shocks come in, I'll drive the '91 on one day and the '93 the other day
), and I'll probably run the '93 at the Peru Pro and/or Central Divisionals at Peru the week before. If I'm closer to Daddio/Hoelscher than I am in FS against the '89 IROC, I'll stick to DSP. I have no doubt that Karen would be able to find a ride even if her car wasn't in Kansas.
maxQ -- I've only had the Camaro up to 120 or so on the front straight at VIR. There might be a little more there.
