Designed for the popular CIVIC one make race series (B16 motor), all Civics, all the time.
But will compliment a b18c engine just as well. Genuine part back-ordered from King Motorsports @ $1,200. RARELY USED!

Optimized fuel mapping, ignition & combustion
Fuel cutoff @ 8600rpm
vtec x-over @ 5600rpm
OBDI program w/ OBDIIa plugs
Bypasses vtec pressure sensor & 2nd o2 sensor

Silicone.
Mugen & Spoon do this to their ECU because racing (not drag) is pretty rough on the chassis, and consequently on the Computer circuitry as well. Silicone helps to keep everything intact / less vibrations.

i went over to look at it, and upon looking at the pretty ecu, my pants dropped and i had no choice to spooge all over the ecu. it will still work though. lol j/k
