i ordered a spoon n1 exhaust from IPS Racing in like the first week of march and was told it would be here the first week of april , has anyone else delt with them and had a similar problem , every time i call no one is there i just get the answering machine .

 

Did you try IM'ing Mike M?

 

if you want to talk to them, call them 4 times a day through out the day every day for a week, and leave a message EVERY TIME!!!!!!!! eventually they will anwser the phone.

and if they dont after a week and a half or so... call up the Better Business Buero (sp)

 

i have been calling like 3 times a day and leaving messages and also e-mailing them , im just real pissed that i pay the money for it and have nothing to show

 

no problems with ips...mike m is the shiznit...i got my stuff no problem

 

i give IPS ,never had a problem. must be busy. keep calling

 

Call the Better Business Buero and file a complaint about them.

I liked IPS, sorry you had a bad experience.

When Osaka JDM Motors tried to f*** me around, I kept telling them I going to BBB. I was about to, then I warned them one last time telling them they need to hire some Americans - we can run a business and respond to customers; we don't make promises that we don't keep. I said some other treating stuff - next day the owner of Osaka called me... Done.

im not trying to bad mouth them but i am pissed that i pay out 300$ for something and have nothing to show for it , and i have been calling and leaving messages for the last 2 1/2 weeks i have also been e-mailing them also with no results

1st off the EASIEST thing to do is simply IM me on the boards or Email me at IPSracing2@aol.com (That is Directed to the guy saying "you have to call 4 times etc etc" that is not true, If YOU have a problem I suggest you IM or email me about it.

I receieved an IM from Daniel (B18cEg) and responded with the following (So as not to type it twice)

"I have tried calling you back with no luck, I do not have HT Screen names or Email or I simply would have contacted you that way.

Your N1 for the Coupe/4dr App is Backordered, I have been trying to find one from any other shops I know of but haven't had any luck yet. Someone at my supplier sold a few of the N1 that were being held for me and I had tried contacting you a few times to let you know this.

I apologize that you have tried calling us the past couple of weeks but we have been out and/or extremely busy Mostly for the fact that we had the Spoon Sports ITR sent to us for the ITR Expo and we brought it down to PA for 3-4 days and we have been trying to catch up on calling people back but have not had a chance to. To top it off last week when we got back I was out most of the week sick with something that seems to have spread through most of the guys at the Expo (Lots of the guys have been sick this and last week)
I apologize for the miscomunications and if you let me know when a good time to call is I can call and discuss this further with you tommorow"

I have a friend waiting on his T1R bpipe, and Spoon N1 also. I believe Mike had to order them and is awaiting the shipment.

Why are you so quick to get IPS in trouble? Mike M is a good guy and I wouldn't believe anything bad I hear about him on this board. ( this is the first bad thing anyway, and its not even bad)

 

ok everything is cool with me and mike m at ips , it was a matter of miscommunication , i wasnt bad mouthing anyone eventhough it may have seemed that way , just wanted to clear that up

 

Mike saved my *** when I was selling 009, got me a set of stock cams in no time at all

You should really calm down. The guy has more than one customer. Granted we all want to be treated like the only customer but sometime stuff happens. Mike has been busy as all get out and out of town for the Expo among other things. Just cause you want it and he thought it would arrive does not means customs or mr JDM man shipping it care.

Calm down and practice come patience.

Mike himself and IPS Racing are great examples of honest trustworthy places to spend you money so cut the hard working people a break . . .
