well im gonna build my h23 and i was gonna have GE sleeve it.. i plan on running about 17psi daily and maybe more at the track.. my question is how big of bore can/should i go.. .02? or bigger? also what about oil pumps.. i hear some bad things about prodrive...
i still use my stock oil pump. As far as bore size, most pistons for our applications are 20 over. Im currently 40 over at 88mm (stock is 47mm). The darton sleeves i use can safely go to an 89mm. I would just use a regular 20 over since those are shelf pistons and not customs.

Man, is there any cylinder material left?! LOL!
I would stick with 88 at the most. 89 is getting really thin...and you'll need as much stability you can get when boosting. Trust me, 15psi+ on an H23 will make plenty of torque...you probably won't gain any discplacement advantage by going to an 89mm bore. This is a daily driven car, right? Keep it simple and reliable.
