replacing spark plugs... whats the method again :P
Pull one boot at a time.
Use a spark plug socket to break em loose. Stick a piece of fuel hose (3/8") down the hole to finish removing each plug (push the electrode into the hose). Spin the hose like it was a wrench.
Put new (gapped to .044") plug into the hose and thread it into the block (the hose prevents anyway of cross threading the plug into the block). You can put anti sieze on the threads if you want (I do).
Once the plug is threaded use the plug socket and torque wrench to torque them to 13 lbft.
Put boot back on.

also don't twist / bend spark plug wires if you can help it...you can damage them internally, especially older wires (4+ years old). Treat them like their made out of glass and you'll do okay. Remove them pulling on the "L-Joint" only.
pull the boot out
take the spark plugs out one by one
make shure the gap is set on the new spark plugs
put them in
insert the boot

I would reccomend that you use anti-sieze. I've seen sparkplugs stuck in the heads before and it's not a pretty sight, or a fun way to spend an afternoon.
