Valve Adjustment Tool....
Can i use a 10mm crows foot wrench? It goes on the end of a socket extension and has an opening for the flat head screw driver? Also where can i get a feeler gauge for the adjustment?
what do u mean it doesn't work for all of them? Should i just get a 10mm wrench and heat it up with a torch and bend it? I was gonna buy the tool from matco/snap on but they are out of stock and $50 is quite a bit
I bought the Snap-On (Blue Point) tool and it's very easy to use. I've never adjusted valves using other methods, but I would say this tool is worth the price. Definitely easy to use.
How hard is it to adjust your valves? Just wondering because i need mine adjusted and its like $65.00 to get them adjusted from a local shop!

Thats what I did

do what i did. cost me about $30. i bought a hollow rachet set from sears, lifetime warantee, and some feeler guages. i already had a long skinny craftsman flathead to go throught the hollow 10mm socket. it worked like a charm. the socket set is sweet too. i think its like gearrachet or somthing like that.
found the crows foot on sears site. I guess Ill try that. The bent 10mm wrench is hard to use since you cannot torque it that well with your hand.

I have tried the bent wrench method and found it extremely difficult to perform the adjustment process. Then I bought the 4-piece valve adjustment tool set from Harbor Freight for $25, makes the job MUCH easier. Unfortunately they don't sell it anymore.
