Well, I figured I would post up some pics of our Ford Escort. The escort has made so far 416whp@28psi+80hp Direct port NOS. Boost may seem high for the Hp it made but it also made only 279 at the same 28psi. the car still needs tuning and we are pretty confident we can make 475-500 at 28psi. We never dynoed with the spray yet.The car ran 11.59@12? this weekend at moroso on its first time out. That was on 22x8x15 slicks too!!!

The manifold was made locally buy a guy named Pinto Paul.

It still needs some tuning but that should get it in 10's no problem.

Badass! It's cool to see something different every now and then. I remember back in 98-99 there was a really fast escort down here in Ft Lauderdale that raced on i-27.

might have been one of ours. this car has been around since then. it used to be white and all spray. we also had a black one on boost and spray.

 

I think this one was dark red but i could be mistaken. It was quite a long time ago

then this one was it. we are the only shop that turbocharge escorts in florida.

 

Yes saw that car at moroso, pretty quick once they got rid of the nascar tires hehe.

 

yeah he is a little hard headed. we kept telling him not to run those tires.

yeah, they were a joke as we told him when he put them on. with dss axles they will work. but he is still on stock axles.

 

the only thing about the car that I like are the seats

 

thats probrbaly why it goes so fast. it also has a honda dual core radiator.

 

what are the turbo specs?
Mazda did a nice job on that motor.

It has a Precision Turbo t-67 p trim. Yeah it is a nice motor.

thanks!! I will need to sling rock to keep them up and running. they are not all mine anyway thankgod!!

that is the stock motor that comes in the escort. its the Gt motor made by mazda. its a 1.8 liter
