Ok guys I have a CF hood for sale with minor damage to the clear coat on the hood.

Recently I was at the mall and while I was inside someone backed into me and scrapped my bumper and slightly hit my cf hood. Now the minor damage was done to the clear coat only and did not crack the hood or crack toward the inside or anything. The hood is not bent nor cracked through. I inspected the hood and the damage was done to the clear coat on the hood.

The damage consist of 2 half circle cracks in the clear near the passenger headlight. I do not have pictures of the hood at the moment, but anyone who is local to arizona may come and check the hood out if they would like to. And at the moment I am trying to get pictures up on the board to show the minor damage to teh car.

I was going to keep the CF hood myself because the damage was not very noticable but my insurance is covering to repaint my bumper and buy me a new hood. Now I was planning to fix the bumper and keep the money from the hood and get some more stuff for my car but I have prgressive insurance and they make the check directly out to the body shop which leave me out of luck of touching the money. Now my only option is to let them buy me a new hood and sell my current cf hood.

I originally paid 450.00 for the hood but find it unfair to charge anyone that much for the hood. So I am selling it for 2oo.oo picked up or 2oo.oo + shipping. Anyone is welcome to look at the hood and for those who are out of state I will try and get pictures up to show anyone.
