clock in dash
i just got a 99 accord and realized that everything lights up at night but the clock!
do any of you guys know if they make ones that light up? is this also a problem in the newer accords?

The bulb is probably burnt out. Common problem.

well that could be the problem but it seems like it would be lighted up by an indiglo type light rather than a light bulb
even though i could be totally wrong because i don't really know what i'm talking about

i have the exact same problem my dash light in my 99 sedan doesnt light up, however my sister has a 98 sedan and the clock does light up, i jut use the clock on my head unit and not worry about the light, sorry im no help

Went to honda for my friend's clock(no light, clock works)
the dealer charge him 20 buck for new unit.
They saw it cant be replace or some bullsh_t

Yes, you can replace it very easily. It's just a green LED bulb behind that clock, along with one little screw. I know this because I have researched this type of thing. Mainly because I will be changing all of the little green lights in my car to blue. And let me tell you, blue LEDs are really expensive.

It's not an LED, it's a bulb. There are no screws involved either.
