Whats the deal people!
My boy has a 2000 GSR and we bought obd2 to obd1 plugs and p28 Chipped and now when we rev his car starts good and then right after 5000 it drops right down to 0 and then catches up again to where ever the RPM Are suppose to be, I check the ECU and The plugs on different Car and it doesnt do it, Changed just the computer and still does it but it doesnt do it with the Factory Computer.

updata tried hooking a external tach up no go. freaks out. also tried hooking up to my zeitronic data loger no go it thinks i am at like 300,000 rpms! surely someone else has had this same problem
alright i fixed the problem. i know more people will have this problem. it seems to be on 00-01 integras there was no wire from the dizzy run to the ecu. all you have to do is hard wire a pin from the dizzy to the ecu and it fixes the problem. i did not think this could be the problem at first cause the cluster went up a lil than died but it fixed it. i hope this helps someone else some day
