I'm runnin the zex plugs on my lude right now and I love 'em. I have had 'em for about a year now and I have yet to have any problems with them. I'd highly recommend them

I was thinking of using zex. Are they all ready 2 steps colder than stock? I dont know how to read the heat range on the plug #

NGKs have the best reputation.....BK7re or whatever.....i cant remember....but I currently use denzo iridiums and they have worked great. I also have ngk 1 and 2 step colder to try so i can see which seem to work best.....

I think PZR7F11 should work good on your 50 shot. That's what I'd use.
