Tom I'm not gaining anything from setting this GB up for our members this is more or less informational. I've seen some posts pop up about HID's and such and since I'm getting a civic kit with an extra set of 4100k's I figure people in this forum would be the most interested.

I went ahead and purchased a kit @ full price from them because there seemed ot be some hesitancy on this board about this company (although I don't know why since they are recommended from the phillips site).

I'm going to repost the particulars about how the GB will work. This is open to anyone. So you can choose not to participate and it will be open for a time to be determined buy the HID maufacter, AutoLamps Online.

Anyway I'm getting a Hylow and they are sending me a set of 4100k bulbs so I will document everything from the packaging to the components to the install and to they way they look with digital pictures so you guys can make an informed decision.

Here is the original info:


Okay this is how it would work. I would setup a Honda-Tech.com specific password that would enable us to get discounts for us as members.
The best they could do is 5+ people would make it 10% off and 15+ people would make it 15% off. I have done you all the courtesy of breaking down what that mean pricing wise for each kit.


H1 4300k: 5+ people= $495.00 15+ people= $467.50
H1 6000k: 5+ people= $610.20 15+ people= $576.30
H4 4300k: 5+ people= $449.10 15+ people= $424.16
H4 6000k: 5+ people= $521.10 15+ people= $492.15

H4 Hylow 4300k: 5+ people= $540.00 15+ people= $510.00

It actually moves the position of the bulb itself so it is a true high beam H4 kit.

H7 4300k: 5+ people= $449.10 15+ people= $424.16
H7 6000k: 5+ people= $521.10 15+ people= $492.15
9005 4300k: 5+ people= $449.10 15+ people= $424.16
9006 4300k: 5+ people= $449.10 15+ people= $424.16
9006 6000k: 5+ people= $521.10 15+ people= $492.15

NSX kit 4300k: 5+ people= $540.00 15+ people= $510.00
NSX kit 6000k: 5+ people= $630.00 15+ people= $595.00

Okay now the kewl thing is say you are like me and you are impatient and you want to get your kit right now but there is only 6 people that want to hop on it @ the same time as you. You'd get the 10% discount.

Now if after you get the kit and you are singing its praises, people on the board start being more receptive to it and then 15 more people buy the kit.....they get 15% off. And the people that ought the kit when it was only 10% off get an additional 5% refund on their credit card so there is no penalty for buying early and we can keep this Gb open for a couple of months.


Warranty Info Taken straight form the site: "The product is sold with manufacturers warranty. No other warranty is expressed or implied. If you are claiming a refund for a defective lamp the product must be returned to the address below within 14 days of receipt. The responsibility of the product and its shipping during the return is the responsibility of the customer. The returned lamp will undergo an examination. If in the opinion of Autolamps-Online a manufacturing fault is found the value of the product will be fully refunded along with the shipping costs, not to exceed the original shipping costs to send the product from Autolamps-Online to the customer."

On Refunds, Taken straight from their site: "If you are claiming a refund the product must be returned to the address below within 14 days of receipt. The full or partial refund will be made to a maximum of the value of the product providing the lamp is unused and in its original packaging, undamaged minus costs. This refund will be made directly to your credit card within 4 weeks. Please advise of any return in writing prior to shipping. No returns will be accepted without prior knowledge. The responsibility of the product and its shipping during the return is the responsibility of the customer."

1 thing because this really supposed to be for our board they'll have to contact me or you (I will give you the info) before they order because I am trying to finalize my kit and what the procedure will be to order thru our HT discount (Where to include the password etc).

 

Their reply to me on how to recieve the GB rate for our members:

If you guys have any other questions then let me know. I will have an extra set of 4100k's brand new ot sell when this kit gets here for anyone who might be interested with H4 style bulbs for headlights.

They are back order'd on the 6000k kit so when it does get here you guys will have documented pics on everything.

Thanks Trey. They are probably going to send me my 4100k bulbs first then my 6000k bulbs (HYLOW system) after and then I will take comparision pics.

Wow, they want that much for a hi-low kit? You can EASILY buy hella or bosch bi-xenon projectors/bulbs/philips bulbs for $450 shipped... and have 10 times the results.

Just thought i'd throw that out there!

Anyway, when you get them in, post some picts up!

I can't seem to get a digi camera that gices a good pick of it. I had one pic up. I'm still trying to get better pics of it.

Honestly the price is high but to me it was well worth it. The only other person I would buy from woulf have been trevor and since he's doing Catz (They didn't have any 6000k's or catz systems yet for our cars when I bought this and I hate waiting) I went ahead and got this...the price is similar to Trevors old pricing and competive with his Catz pricing.
