LHT Performance IC for JR supercharger is here!!
This is by far the best IC I have ever seen for the JR charger! The quality will be second to none and the results will speak for themselves.
These pictures show the prototype which is on John's (owner of LHT) personal car. The ones that LHT Performance will sell will be identical to what you see here. John has done extensive research and testing to come up with the best IC design for the JR supercharger.
The IC doesnt change any of the mounting positions on the Supercharger, it simply incorporates the IC into the manifold.
John (CRVRX) will post and give all details required as well as purchase info.
This is one of Johns dyno runs of before and after the IC. These runs were made at the same boost with no other changes made. This does not show his best run but you get an idea of what the cooler charge does.

Well after 4 years of supercharging we have the intercooler for the JRSC supercharger. We have built many differant designs and spend countless dollars and time to come up with the final design.
E-mail me for details and data on the tests we have done,We do the complete modification to the manifold, including fully porting the intake tubes and the mouth to the blower, taking out the restrictions and adding the intercooler cores. We increase the volume of the manifold to allow additional flow and to smooth out the air flow.
It will be built just like the picture shows with end tanks and A+N fittings it will also be polished .
And for HT members we will fully port the S tube with the modication at no charge.
We will have an exchange porgram to limit down time.
Thanks, John@LHT.

We will look into the Prelude in the future depending on the demand, I have done many Preludes SC kits, I know there is potential there.

John, the owner LHT Performance (CRVRX), did my first engine swap back in '98 and through the years I build a close realationship with the owner and its associates. Not many shop have this since alot of them come and go; or have your check book and leaves you behind in the dark.
He has been thinker with this for the past few months, as with all his work, a fine piece of art. The pics above is nothing compare to actual close-up of the actual car and his engine setup. Words cannot be explain as how well detail his engine setup and the IC. All his work has been clean by far most engine speed shop I ever seen. But what separates him from other is that most of his work is unique and aggresive. Meaning by far its more than show engine bay. Dyno charts will explain beyond the *bling bling factor, that alot of people take first hand. He takes extra care about his work and builds close realationship with his customers. Whether that customers spends $100 or $3,500, he treats them fair by all means.
But as far his work goes, agian, by far one of the best in the industry in this region.
Impressive indeed
i would be one of your first customers to invest in an IC if you create one for the Prelude supercharger
that looks awesome
The numbers in his signature, while impressive, are incomplete. Those numbers were achieved on my dyno, at 8psi, untuned, before the blower belt gave up on us. I'm positive more power is to be made with more tinkering, perhaps crack the 300whp mark. It would not be possible without the intercooler or nitrous, that much I do know.
Thanks for all the compliments. All my tunning was done on Vaportrails dyno.
After the intercooler we had to add 12% more fuel to keep A/F at 12.5 - 1 . To get good horsepower numbers and safe tuning I recomend using a dyno and somone who can tune.
As you can see by the dyno , The belt broke so the run ended short and I have been so busy I havn't made it back. The car tested has a Mugen twin loop exhaust and a Kamakazi header.
I don't have 1/4 #s for the people that ask, On street tires it is almost un controlable , But alot of fun from a roll !
