Default ---> Brand new 2001 Integra Type R (B18C5) longblock for sale <---

The block (which is in the box from Honda) comes completely assembled by Honda to USDM specs. The head is partially assembled (by Honda techs, of course), but includes cams, caps, etc. This is a complete longblock only.

I can take pics for serious buyers.

$3600

I have many references upon request. I am Paypal verified (buyer pays 3% fees).
The price does not include shipping.

No, I will not separate and good luck getting a new one right away. Most people are sitting on a waiting list. I find it hard to believe you get one for that price, but if you do, you are very lucky or well connected.

Everything that is included in a longblock. It does not include bolt-ons like IM, Dist, rail, etc.
The head, cams, caps, etc. are in one box and the assembled block (Rods, pistons, oilpan/pick-up, girdle, water pump/oil pump, etc.) is in the other.

so 3600 for just the head and the bottom end. that would add up to be >>

3600 for longblock
1400 for used tranny
300 for intake manifold
300 for distributor
300 for fuel rail and injectors
200+ for all sensors
500+ distributor, wire harness,ecu
??? for the other parts I'm forgetting

thats a 6600.00+ swap. can you do any better on the price. I may be interested but to make it a swap it would be almost 7k. I have seen new longblocks for 2600 before.let me know
Mike

Geez guys, have you tried pricing out a brand new longblock from a dealership?? Your all making it sound like this is a used engine.

Think about it, it has 0.0 miles on it and it is new from the factory...

Later,
BR

there are two sitting in a dealership in this area...both for around 2000 dollars.

i realize they are on backorder...however this place has had them for a while and for some reason doesn't advertise...anyway i would be willing to work out a deal and help out a honda-tech member if you could do like 2000 shipped.

i would also be saving myself the 6% sales tax...just a thought though...and i bet you can get more for it if you wait...i just thought i'd make that offfer...because in a month or so i should be purchasing it.

good luck...

Chet,

First of all, how do you feel that you would be helping me out?

Also, what part of no didn't you understand?

Do you think that everyone that advertises on Honda-Tech is desperate for money or something?
If you do, then you are way wrong my friend. Save your breath on me and go plague the dealership in your area.

i assumed because you're advertising that you would like to sell the longblock and head. therefore, buying it from you would be helping you out, sorry you took that the wrong way...

Have a fun time trying to get a serial-numberless engine past the BAR people.
