Default accordexchange darkside pics

here ya go fellas... if this post gets moved, it gets moved... i finally got my own digital camera and took some daytime pics... i switched from the 17" 5zigen fireballs to the stock 15s... oh yea-i just put on 205/55/15 falken ze512 tires on the car so if anyone's wondering what 205/55/15s look like, there they are... i know it's not a real sleeper technically but i don't really care... haha... i'll eventually replace the wings west rear lip with a stock rear lip...

oh if anyone's wondering... i never bothered to paint the type r style grill, front bumper, driver side fender, or the front lip... maybe later on when i take care of the rust and get a decent paint job for the whole car... comments and questions welcome...

GZERO, thanks... i'm not sure what you're asking about the ac lines... i haven't touched them and my ac still works...

5th Gen, that is a aftermarket 96-97 accord bumper on my 94 accord... the lip is a mugen style front lip (like on the civics)... you can find them on ebay, etc... they are made of abs plastic... i already cracked one during the snow/ice so this is my second lip...

GZERO, driving a turbo auto is weird... not like i've driven a turbo manual or anything... the power is definitely there... the tranny doesn't like boost at lower gears-(it tends to overrev when it shifts gears)... i think how much throttle you apply plays a factor in how it drives... it seems to pick up better with gradual application of the gas instead of just cruising and suddenly mashing the pedal to the metal... it takes getting used to... i beat my friend's 6th gen accord v6 coupe with intake, header, exhaust, and test pipe on the highway... and last night i beat what appeared to look like a dark purple eclipse gsx i believe (turbo wing, stock dual tip exhaust, rims, and front bumper-blitz maybe)... that was exciting and scary... as for the front motor mount, it's still there... during the installation, the shop noticed that some front motor mount was already cracked 'cause it was old so i had to replace that...

whoaitslen2, 5LEEPER For 5zigen and sleeper ofcourse... i used to have silver 17" 5zigen fireball rims... on the car i have 3" custom piping with 5zigen universal turbo muffler... inside i have a 5zigen f-150 steering wheel (discontinued ofcourse)...

accordfreak, i replied in the forced induction forum... i've scraped my downpipe a few times already... it hangs a little low... i need to raise the car a little...

iam7head, tranny is holding up well so far... i don't beat on it all the time and i try not to get too carried away from a stop or boost at low rpm... i do have a flex-a-lite tranny cooler on the car... hopefully that has been helping out my auto... i am using the vafc hack with dsm 440 cc injectors... i also got the inline fuel pump that came with the drag kit... i'm about to add an aem fuel pressure regulator soon... here's my dyno graph... 180.3 HP and 179.5 TQ at 8 psi...

I wasn't sure. Are your headlights and corner lights those black housing JDM ones?

thanks for the thumbs up...

i2un, those are jdm style headlights and corner lens... they're about $300 cheaper than the real jdm ones...

SiK AcC0rD, yea my car used to have a wings west touring kit, apr performance gts wing, and 17" 5zigen fireball rims... the 96-97 bumper fits on my 94 accord without a problem...

"5" is for 5zigen and "LEEPER" is for sleeper ofcourse... 5zigen + sleeper = 5LEEPER...

here's a pic of my interior:
