If you were scammed and you want to find the person... check this out.
A best friend of mine works locating persons or item for said companies and individuals... he is very good at skip tracing peoples over the age of 18 and items such as cars, boats, etc.
Anyways long story short... you want to find some douche who ripped you off for something worth it... he will find out their address infomation and phone for you!
Thus far hs has been doing this for more than 2 years VERY sucessfully.
