I have a 1991 accord EX with 141,195 miles, and EX wheels, 5spd, moon roof cruise control, etc cloth interior. It has failed inspection, and needs some work to pass. All of this stuff has been replaced within the last 10,000 miles...and probably some other stuff.
Timing belt, water pump, balancer belt, AC/PS belts, head gasket, radiator,
radiator hoses, valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, plugs, wires, fuel and air filter,
battery, 02 sensor, igniter, windshield washer pump, starter coil, driver side motor mount. That is all I can think of.
I have mirror tint all of the way around, BUT the passenger back-quarter glass is broken, it has a patch. there are a few dings in the body.
-as far as mods go, I have an axel-back R'active exhaust, and a removed AEM ram air intake that I could put back on....
Dallas TX...more specifically mesquite TX (a suburb of Dallas)... if you have any questions, post them, and if you would like, email me-tharptroy@attbi.com I can send some pictures...this car would make a great car for a first-time male driver, someone looking for a project car, or a lightly driven or spare car.
You WILL need to get this car to pass emissions to drive it, or take it to a place that does not do emissions...I got a new car as an early graduation present and due to school I do not have the time, or money to fix the Honda.
and actually...if anyone knows of a semi-legit, or legit chop-shop that would give me a decent price for it (in dallas/ft worth), post the name and location
my asking price is NOW $1100!!!! buyer pays shipping if necessary
If this sounds like a car that you would be interested in buying, email me at tharptroy@attbi.com, and I CAN SEND PICS
VIN and pics will be coming tomorrow onto the board

COME ON!!!!! The price is VERY negotiable, how can you pass this up? it is like going to the store and seeing a box of lucky charms for $1.27!!!!! you know you want it
THIS THING NEEDS TO GO, I HAVE PAYMENTS TO MAKE ON MY NEW CAR!! And I still have to pay insurance on this car while it sits in my driveway!

ok why did it not pass emissions? how difficult would it be to get it to pass? this is an incredible deal. If I had the money, I'd be all over this!! Are you the original owner of this car?? can you give me a little history on it??
thanks and bumb for a nice car!!

The guy at the shop said it needed a new cat and EGR valve, I think it could make the trip to FL, it has driven 4 hours straight no problem, the AC is borderline, It is not sufficient for the entirety of a good ole Texas summer, but will cool okay for most of it.
Judging by your sig, Ill assume that you arent opposed to doing a little work on the car. I have dumped over $5k into the car since I got it a year ago, and am tired of fixing it, for a while it was something new every week. I needed a worry-free car for college so I bought an Elantra. and $1200 was with the factory wheels, I would want $500 more for the 17" gray wheels. but then you would have two sets of wheels...not bad.
The 17" wheels cost me right at $1100 with tires and mounting, I bought the wheels in august I beleive.
FULLY INSURED SHIPPING TO:
Buffalo NY is $775
Orlando FL is $690 (but might be less by about $70)
