Is anyone else running the Neuspeed Pro Kit and if so, what do you think about the ride, height, and have you had any problems? Are Eibachs (Pro or Sports)better on bumpy roads? Any horror stories from either?
i would suggest Eibahc over Nuespeed, i have felt some shity Neuspped set up s, and seen them sag already but im sure they arent all that way
If you need pricing on Eibach hit me up , i usually do really good deals on thme too

i haven't researched suspensions for the itr, but from my experience with veedubs, neuspeed products are overpriced and under-engineered.
neuspeed offers more style than performance from what i have seen: "yo dude, i got those phat neuspeed springs yo!"
i don't know if they make a spring for the type r, but you may also want to check out H&R springs. good stuff. i had a set on my mkii jetta gli coupled with bilstein sport shocks... best non coilover suspension IMHO.

thses springs are the best for the R.

Listen:
H&R has learned their stuff at Eibach... It is a kind of Eibachs daughter.
So Eibach is the way to go...
Eibach supports us (Idol Motorsport) in racing questions and stuff... They are lightyears away from all the other brands when it comes to quality and development.. The Eibach engineers are from teams like McLaren for example..
Eibach makes the stuff we use for our own racecars of 100% aluminium. They are unbelievable...
But hey,
I`m using Eibach springs on the front and H&R on the rear.... H&R is ok

i have nuespeed race springs with koni yellow sport adjustables and I'm happy with the setup.I've had no problems no bottomed outs, nothing. The clearence is about 6 inches from the ground to my lip but I dunno if th jdm front is lower than the usdm. It's a little bit bouncier but nothin to cry about I think all stiffer springs are gonna give you that. My .02

I just got a 2000 R two days ago and it has the Neuspeeds and they are bouncy and when I hit little potholes I have to brace myself. Do the H&R's have a stock-like ride and how much do they lower the car?

Eibach all the way... i just put mine in yesterday and i love it
Do they bounce or bottom out (or at least feel like they do, like Neuspeeds) on manhole covers and potholes? What's the drop (?), not that it's a big deal to me.
