Default Possibly scammed by Civicdrgrcr aka Johnathon Elias

Here is the situation. Around 6 weeks ago Civicdrgrcr posted this thread:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=392044. He was selling a Greddy profec b boost controller and remote button for 320.00 shipped. I Pm'd him about it, he told me it was still for sale. He mentioned that there was another honda-tech.com member that was interested, and who ever sent him the money first would get the boost controller. I agreed that i would purchase the boost controller, then he told me because there were three other people interested in it the price was now 330.00 shipped. I didnt like his price increase, but i agreed to it since it was a really good deal. He told me i needed to send him payment in the form of a money order, and overnight the money order to him. I agree. The next day I overnighted him the money via usps.
Week 1:
He didnt respond back to me for a few days, which worried me after getting the money. He finally responded to my PM's i sent him, telling me that the boost controller was going to be shipped asap. I assumed it was shipped, so i waited.

Week 2:
It was now the following thursday, and no boost controller. I PM'd him numerous times, no response. I emailed him, no response.

Week 3:
He responds to my email, and apoligizes for not sending the boost controller when he already told me it was shipped two weeks prior. Here was my email to him:

Subject: Greddy profec b boost controller

I am writing you this email as a final attempt to find out what is going
on with the boost controller. I am going to give you the benefit of the
doubt and assume that you haven't gotten my numerous PM's on honda-tech.com
requesting that you give me a tracking number for the boost controller
which i bought from you. It now has been over 2 weeks since i over
nighted you the money order for the boost controller, yet i still have not
received it. I expected sending you the money order overnight you were going to
take speedy action and ship the controller out to me asap. Ground
shipping from washingtion, D.C to easton, pa should take approx. 2-3 days. I am
giving you one last chance to respond to me via email, before i take this
to honda-tech. I feel that you are avoiding my messages, and i would like
for you let me know what is going on with this situation.

Thanks, Jeff Evans

His response:

I am so sorry for not responding. I have been sick as ****. Str8 It will
be going out tomorrow. Please give me your shipping info. Here is my
nunmber 202 882 2454. I am not avoiding you.

I decide to give him another week.

Week 4:

Wait on the boost controller, nothing shows up at my door. I called the number he supplied numerous times, no answer. I decided to give him another week.

Week 5:

This is week 5. John, you have had my money for 5 weeks now. Promised that you were going to send the products, which you didnt. I called, no answer. I dont understand what is going on but i would like an explanation. If no action is taken within two weeks, I am driving down to DC and taking you to small claims court. Here is your chance to make things right. I didnt want to have to bring this to honda-tech.com, but by no responding I have no choice.

Here is my reciept from the money order, and the reciept of the overnight shipping slip from usps:

I've never dealt with him personally but I HAVE seen his name mentioned both on this sight and on Club Si regarding shady dealings. I'm not gonna jump on any bandwagons for or against Civicdrgrcr, but I feel that anyone selling parts on Hondatech or any other board for that matter. If you have the time to post things for sale and receive payment, then you should MAKE time to promptly send out the product advertised. Fine, **** happens and sometimes there's a delay, but the buyer should at least be given honest updates.

Bump for you
