Default new T1R Catback Exhaust (pics and specs)

The new T1R complete catback exhaust finally arrived.

-highest quality, stainless SUS304 steel
-maximum exhaust flow for mild or heavy tuned engines
-63mm all the way, no bottlenecks
-new design muffler (less sound more exhaust efficiency)
-new design silencer (reduces sound by 20-30%)

It's a whole lot quieter than the T1R N1 exhaust!

I don't know the weight of the new catback versus the older N1 catback, but the newer one should be a bit heavier. Hopefully we can get some weighing done to answer that.

This new catback is significantly quieter than the T1R N1, Apexi N1, or any N1 style exhaust. Hopefully we will have a sound clip available soon. But having heard the prototypes in person, I can guarantee it's way quieter than any N1 exhaust, even without the silencer. Just look at the larger muffler and resonator compared to the N1.

The sound is similar to Fujitsubo's. This style muffler is becoming popular as it reduces sound while maintaining a reasonably efficient exhaust flow.

Looks nice!! The T1R N1 system, or an upgraded TR1 N1 system is no longer available? I like all the loud noise...

I'm really tempted in placing an order already but I'm still unsure if the decrease in decibel levels from the muffler redesign is enough for me. Anybody want to buy it from me for $50 cheaper just in case I find it too loud?

nice pics.... if it wasn't so loud I would still be sporting the T1R, but the new system looks very interesting.

i've always wondered about this muffler design.. correct me if i'm wrong but is the tip similar to the KakimotoR tip (ie. the tip has a 'shroud' welded over it making it look larger than it is).. this is the 1 thing i hate about my kakimoto muffler..
