Default SC 61

I'm looking at Precisions SC61. It will be going on a 2.0 b18c1. I'm looking for a turbo able to produce 500-550 whp. I see there is 2 differant sc61 that are t4/3's. What are the differances between the two?

I was told they will be ready in 3 weeks. Motormatrix what turbo would you suggest? Which turbo are you running on your street car?

Look for the logo that signifies various components of this turbocharger have been updated with the latest Garrett GT aerodynamic technology.

what is the new technology featured on the sc61s? what is a is a t350 a specific t3 while the to4e is the specific t4 side? would this be a good turbo choice, either the t350 or to4e for around 250whp, with plans of using it to make 450whp later on?

The SC61 comes with a GT40 compressor wheel. It can come with a straigt T04 Turbine wheel or a T350 turbine wheel.

As far as the compressor, you have a choice of a T04S or a T04E compressor cover. The SC61 will replace the 60-1 turbo. You will see more Nissan guys running more 60-1 turbos since they are 2yrs. behind.

If you only want that power you dont need the SC61. I would recomend the SC44 or the SC34 for your goals.

Damn Art that is beautiful. I think I'll have to get one of those. BUt will it be a little overkill if I only want 500-550whp. Would the sc44 or another turbo be able to make that power and be more fun on the street?

not necessarily on b/o. just turbos come in so many different configurations for 1 particular turbo. the sc61 comes in like 10 possible configurations. its better to have it custom built to the customers specs in my opinion.

That's just the grain in the aluminum casting you see.
