Default Selling '94 Prelude VTEC

I'm selling my '94 Prelude VTEC because I have to get a tow vehicle. It has 97k miles, and is in excellent condition inside and out. Black/Black leather. I built the car to be a daily driver, but be only a tire change away from a very competitive road course car. Great for timetrials! 1st place NASA Lime Rock time trial 2000, 2nd place EMRA Lime Rock time trial 1999. Hasn't been used on the track since 2000 when I started racing wheel to wheel.

Engine mods: Iceman CAI, DC 4-2-1 SS header, DC cat back exhaust (3" piping to 4" tip), upgraded plugs and wires, Redline MTL tranny oil, Mobil 1 engine oil

Suspension mods: Ground Control (Eibach) springs 425f/340r, koni yellow adjustable shocks, Neuspeed Upper Tie bar

Brake mods: NSX calipers, brembo blank rotors, SS brake lines, ATE Super Blue fluid, KVR carbon fiber front pads, Porterfield R4S rear pads, set up for brake ducts to be re-installed.

Safety mods: Autopower bolt in roll bar with removable cross brace, 5 point harnesses

Wheels: 15" Kosei K1 racing wheels with Yoko AVS intermediates 225/50/15, stock 15" directional wheels with Yoko snow tires.

Other: Alpine alarm, IPF roadlights, amp, wired for CD changer, hardwired phone (w/ microphone for speaker on A-Pillar)

Car dynoed 2 years ago at 178whp (200 crank hp) with stock intake still on. Approx 185whp (207 crank hp) currently. I have all stock parts for the car, as well as extra rotors and brake pads. Car is very fast, and easy to drive. Never wrecked, never gone off-track.

Some on-track pics at:

http://www53.homepage.villanova.edu/...er/watkins.htm

Pics of roll bar install at:

http://www53.homepage.villanova.edu/...er/install.htm

Asking $9000 obo.

VIN supplied to Moderator and can be furnished upon request.

LOL! Thanks. Too bad I can't digitize some of my incar footage that I took from that car on the track. If I could, I could probably bump up the asking price at least $1000. My favorite is the clip where I pass both a Ferrari 355 and a Porsche 933 turbo on the back straight at Watkins Glen.

A well driven H22A is a VERY formidable track car. The only reason I stopped tracking it is because I wanted to do wheel to wheel, and the Prelude is too nice to risk swapping paint, or wadding up in any way, shape, or form. I'm really hoping that the buyer will use it on the track - that is what it was built for. I spent a lot of time and effort making sure that the power, brakes, suspension, and safety equipment were all built up equally to keep the car safe and under control...

Oh cool! I better check the tires on the Lude now...

You mean you don't think you could get a good feel for it in 18" of snow? Man, some people are SO high maintenence....

I actually do have a couple of things that I want to do to it before I send it your way though. Nothing huge, I just want to bleed the brakes, do another oil change, top off the power steering fluid, etc.

ah, the Prelude doesn't need any of that kind of stuff, except maybe the tires. I have to check the depth on the AVSi's. I do have to clean it up for you, and I have to get you new sun visors. For the time being, I just took the old ones out because they wouldn't stay in the up position - it was annoying. I guess they weren't made to handle the stiffer suspension! LOL!

let me know what i can do for the civic also.
Current plan is get it back this week, strip it out, then either send it for the cage, or to your connection for some secret tuning *wink*. Either way, it has to make both of those stops before CMP!
