i think thats the coolest thing ive ever seen. ive always wanted to do that, but every time the topics brought up, everybodys like, "thats impossible, and youd have to be retarded to try it" i bet they wont call this guy retarded.
did he use the crv drive shaft? wouldn't it be too long for the crx chassis?
the interesting thing about the new crv's is that it is not a full time 4 wheel drive, rather, a viscous style differential that transfers power to the rear once the fronts slip. this is not the best for a drag launch, but it would handle the abuse longer. i heard that guy is rallying the car, seems like a good application for it.

I can't wait for them to drop the clutch on a nice hard asphalt launch and see the rear end hop a little bit as it snaps the tiny little tripods in the CRV shafts...
For rally, it'll be cool, though, cause there's limited traction anyway. I'd definitely want LSD in both the front and the back differential's for maximum grip..

All CRVs are like that, not just the new ones. It's the same thing as the old Civic Wagon had but a little more advanced.

what kind of radiator is that? for what car? and where did u get the mounts for it? cause im interested in turbo, and i know my fluidyne isnt going to work with it due to the lack of space..
he could of used front CV joints welded and balanced to new axles. anyone who takes on a task like that must have thought it through quite heavily.

very cool!
