Progress and Ingalls are both good. If you plan to lower your car and keep it at a constant height, Id say go for the Progress. The Progress has no moving adjusters or parts. Very solid.

The Ingalls on the other hand are infinitely adjustable through its range. So you have to get it aligned to make sure both side are even.

No matter what brand you choose, you should align your car anyway after any height or camber change because your "TOE" will be affected also.

Would any shop be able to adjust your camber kit (i.e. Big O Tires or other tire places like that) or do you have to take it to a different shop?

Any shop with alignment equipment should be able to adjust it for you. Just make sure you tell them that you had installed a camber kit. Oherwise, if you dont, they will assume you have the stock hardware and their database will say " Front camber on that car is NOT adjustable".

Give them a idea of what it looks like. Remember, some mechanics are just used to stock cars with stock components everyday. I'd personally take it to a speciallized shop.

Could you give some camber correction amounts. Like if I lower my car 1" the camber is off by how much and for 2" and 3" too.
