you may want to ask yourself what is your goals, and how much are you willing to spend.
after that you can almost answer your own question.
if you are looking for adjustability with ease, a know name brand, firm ride then GCs are a great way to go.. if you just want the look, cut your springs in half (lol, dont do it)

gound-controls will be good for your ride, and fairly cheap compaired to coilovers. And you can always upgrade to some adjustable shocks later for some better ride quality.
If you don't plan on going to the track much or at all i say go with the ground controls but if you do then you mite want to look into coilovers.
