Massive parts list...new trades welcome...PICS!!
Not to burst your bubble but this was copied from Paypal's web site:
No Surcharges. Under Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express regulations and the laws of several states, including California, merchants may not charge a fee to the buyer for accepting credit card payments (often called a "surcharge"). You agree that you will not impose a surcharge or any other fee for accepting PayPal as payment. This restriction does not prevent you from imposing a handling fee in connection with the sale of goods or services, as long as the handling fee does not operate as a surcharge (in other words, the handling fee for transactions paid through PayPal may not be higher than the handling fee for transactions paid through other payment methods). Nor does this restriction apply to Pound-denominated transactions by sellers residing in the United Kingdom listing items for sale on a UK-based website.

Are you in Chicago area? I may be interested in the transmission, but is it EX or Si, there is a difference in gearing I believe.
Uhh.. and your point is??
Edit: I dont actually know if its a crime, but I know you arent supposed to do it, and you can have your Paypal account suspended if they find out your doing it. How they would find out, I dont know. Its the same as listing the purchase price and $5 and the shipping price as $500 for something that you are paying $505 for. People have used Paypal like that, and lost their account.

That by requiring that the buyer pay an extra 3% on top of the purchase price to cover the paypal fee, he is committing a crime. But dont worry, I wont tell anyone Derek.

But anyway.. that's a dumbass rule cuz I've never NOT paid for the 3% when I buy something...the buyer always insists or no deal.. so either everyone is breaking the rules or I'm just a dumbass gettin rear ended
