Default Pictures of a bunch of headers

I emailed Mike about this last night but haven't gotten a response yet. I tried to IM Dustin but I still can't initiate IMs to anyone I want.

If the administrators consider this post to be an advertisement then I'll pay for it. I just hope it's a lot cheaper than a monthly banner ad.

Looks very nice. Do you stock the headers or build them upon order?

interesting design with the b20vtec header and the oil pan. is that required to run your b20 header, or do you have a different design for the stock oil pan? (sorry for the un-educated question.)

<E> : Is there something modified about the oil pan that would need to be sent to you to be done. I'll email you with more specific questions... thx.

When did comptech start selling those? What is required to install that header onto your car (new cat, new exhaust, etc.)?

It doesn't look like it will bolt up to cat-back exhaust as it does NOT have a 3 bolt flange on the end.

[QUOTE]

HiTech Header (on the left, CompTech on the right)

Hah! My old pics live on. The good old days.

Just a useless factoid, the Comptech header in the picture is one of the first two production headers they made for Rich and myself way back when in late '97 and the Hytech was John's first production ITR header that got drafted for bitch duty on his display at IAS and the website before coming home. Sadly I never got to run the Hytech header since I received it during the whole 2.0L motor fiasco I went through.

Looks to me like it bolts upto the cat/cat pipe (looks like the cat flang without the donut), the cat/cat pipe then bolts upto a cust mid section to take into account of the longer header. I could be wrong though (it does suggest on the comptech site that it bolts right upto a cat back exhaust)

That's the collector flange that bolts to the cat. It has a donut gasket that is designed to flex and is attached to the cat with two spring bolts.
