The liar's name is GalaxyBlack Lude on that forum.

While it might not be a big deal to any of you, it is to me.

I would want to know if some liar was trying to pass off pics of my car as his own - it's happened to me before and it really pissed me off.

I'm sure this one belongs to an H-T member because it's hosted by We-Todd-did.

well, it's not mine, it's an F-MAX turbo kit though if that'll help ya any. i don't recognize the setup, i don't think it belongs to anyone on this board, well, not any post ****** like me anyways

ok, so here's what i know about that setup just by looking
F-MAX turbo kit
uses an MF-2 as fuel management, uses 2 additional injectors, and it's own MAP sensor
i see an MSD igntion, so, there is a good chance there is a MSD Boost timing master as well, b/c that is something F-MAX highly recomends using

those are some details that i can see by the pic, so if you can bust his *** with one of those peices of info then by all means, please do

 

oooo good point, casue it looks to be a 93-96 VTEC model b/c of the color, the green that the 5th gens came in was a little lighter than that, not to mention, it had a different pearling to it

It's either an Azure Green or Brittany Blue metallic 4th gen prelude. 92-96 only, you can tell becuase of the location of the orange ABS plugs and reservior and the colour.

 

Azure blue/green. You can tell by the inside of the fender.

yeah, that and the cruise control is located down next to the PS pump. my CC is up in the corner at the firewall on the passanger side

UMMM, i dont know whos car that is....but goin by with what KMS, Satan, and Boosted said...theres a girl from around this side of town that has a 4th gen vtec with a turbo on it and i think its that color or is it blue.....but this is based on if this liar got the pic from somewhere or somebody in GA...see what im saying???

for the this engine bay I haven't seen it before... I keep a lot of pic i see here specially lude to used in my website but I never seen this one...

Tom, I just read that whole post and I am still laughing to myself. That guy is a complete tool. Moron would be putting it lightly.

You were 100% correct with all of the points you made. You also kept the post very amusing, and still giving him the benefit of the doubt. I saw he also has a missing link installed, the hondata/vortech is just the nail in his coffin, although many other things he listed are also very contradicting! The list of mods he put, is clearly copied&pasted from elsewhere. As you know, nothing listed was in the picture.

I can't believe how much his story changed. It was *really* a maroon car, but he posted the yellow. He *really* knew it was a b18 but was just "messing with you". OOOOk. My god, I am so tempted to give him a few choice words, but it's not worth the time and effort at this point. You already did a great job at exposing this guy for the joker he is.

You won't see his car because he's now driving his S15. Yeah Right! It's almost obvious he's now trying to shift the focus from his fake h22'd crx & boosted lude, to owning a true S15. This guy is one heck of a bullshitter for sure.

It's a sin that there's this kind of trash out there, *trying* to represent h22s/Preludes. However, it was very refreshing to see you step-in and settle this injustice. Thanks for the laughs!

 

I'm pretty sure I've seen that picture before, but I can't place it.

You can tell it's an older F-Max kit because of the Deltagate.

Whoever it is still has the vacuum box for the intake solenoid still sitting there for some reason.

 

Oh, and he says it's a Drag kit in an earlier post, when it's obviously an F-Max kit.

 

it definantly can't be a 5th gen.. the Cruise Control is located near the firewall in the newer models, because the ABS is located on the drivers front side. Not to mention it looks like the fuel filter isn't a bitch and a half to change lol (IE> It looks like it's mounted on the firewall where it was on my 98 Civic HX)

Who here has pictures of a real Drag II kit?

Who here has pictures of an F-Max kit for comparison to show that it's the same as the pic that bitch STOLE from someone?

Who wants to go over there and tell him from your personal experiences that he's full of ****? I mean he already hates me and thinks I'm just trying to **** with him, but if one of you Prelude experts goes over there and just rips him apart (or multiple people ) then he'll hopefully just die off the MB quietly.

"Drag III" kit when it's obviously an F-Max - what exactly gives it away for sure? I saw you say the Delta Wastegate - what does the Drag Come with?

well for starters, there is not such kit as a drag III for prelude, they just skipped it and are releasing a drag 4

on f-max.com there is a comparison of the drag II and a f-max...

To give you a few off the top of my head, most obvious would be the intercooler piping. Turbo placement also is opposite. Drag stuffs 2 pipes down into the fender wall, fmax uses only 1. The intercoolers are of different design and orientation.

Fmax uses the erl mf2 additional fuel injector setup. You can barely see the injector bungs but they're about 8-10" from the throttle body. This is fmax's remedy over the RRR such as the vortech. This setup must have been modified as many people ditch the mf2 and go other routes; sometimes more simplistic.

In the picture I can almost make out an msd box. It does not look as large as a normal 6a or 6al, but more like the BTM; which is one of the 2 options fmax offers with their kits. The other option is the r-ideal copper 2mm headgasket, fyi.

I'm starvin' like marvin so I need to get dinner rollin'.. I'm sure everyone else can supply you with more than adequate pictures to back up the differences between the two.
