dont use yahoo to host your pictures they suck, they change links all the time to prevent ppl from hosting them on other places. use imagestation.com its free and works great.

If i may make a suggestion? What about using those angle rings for autometer gauges so that they are loking up at you more than just straight on?

just my $0.02 - but for your first time using fiberglass - way to go!!!

Nice job. I've seen V-AFC Controllers put in the same exact spot in other Accords.

not bad..i would reccommend some tight wipe (fiberglass) and a razor blade. mix up the tight wipe and apply it with the razor blade.. this will fill small pin holes that filler primer willnot fill..

thanks for the replies everyone.
i made it using fiberglass resin jelly.
a friend of mine works at a garage/junkyard and he got me a spare bezel (or whatever thats called). i just cut out everything that was there, the cigarette lighter, ashtray recess, and the little pocket area. then i closed the front of the hole up using masking tape. then just layed the fiberglass in, sanded, sanded, sanded and then painted.it still needs to be sanded more though. but oh well.

jspark79: what? are you serious? 3 hours?

Not bad on the sanding bro. Maybe a little more coats of paint to level out the bumps.

About the shifter, yeah 3 hours!!! Ridiculous. It had to be at that right position for it to shift in gear AND ALSO be able to turn out the key. I had to be inventive and added some buttons to create an extra 1/4"-3/8" or so to have it positioned correctly. I donot want to readjust it again for the love of my Honda

All i have to say to this comment is boo...boo, boo, boo.
i can assure you this is not for the look. i am not a ricey person.the visibility is not that bad. i guess you'd understand more if you actually sat in it and looked.

BTW, thanx again for all the comments.

looks good It does seem a little bit low, but you're kinda limited unless you want to start cutting up the dash. I know ketuckyaccord isn't worried about doing that

Not saying that I disagree with you here (and don’t mean this as a flame or slam in any way shape or form) but when auto-x’ing I sure as **** will not be looking down there. Its a hell of a great job and looks great but I honestly (when in a true competition driving) don’t think its a very ideal of a place for them. Hell the more I think about it the more I think its going to be an a pillar for me. I have yet to find somewhere other than there that is really that functional. I just wish a full pillar was avaliable or a three pod was. Damn turbo and its three gauges

's up to inovate ideas and work on ones car. Well done
