Art,

Yes, I can get them in black but they may not be in stock all the time though.
If you need black, I can have it in 3 days.

Does it include both the inlet and outlet flange or just the outlet?

No, it doesnt include the flanges. Flanges are only a couple of bucks more.

would you list a recomeended size? in other words- how much power would you suggest having before stepping up to the 46mm?

What kind of power are you pushing, and I'll tell you what wastegate would benefit you more. 46mm wastegate is for big hp anythign over 400whp, however you can get away with using the 40mmxhp wastegate.

The most common wastegate is the 35mm wastegate.

well see, here's my problem- I'm building for big power... but at the same time, im going to crank it down and be streetable.

im getting a full sleeved block, the whole 9.
low boost, i want 10 psi
high boost, im going to be up in the 20s
400 horse- yeah around there... but at the same time, i need to be able to turn it down.

46mm with a .7 bar spring should do the trick.

You can go with the 40mm too.

Both will do the job, but the 40mm is cheaper.

Some people say that the 46mm isnt good at all, however I have used the 46mm and when i turn off my boost controller it hold the boost to what my spring is.

Let me know what you decide.
