We have had alot of these product since the beginning of last year. Yeah you guys are coming out with some amazing stuff. Im sure you'll have tons of people wanting GEM stuff even more so than before.

Sleeving is our main thing, but we have been making all these products for other companies for years. We specialize in full CNC production and figuered whhy not make it for ourselves? So here we are! The prices we will be offering are less than anything you have ever seen. We can do this because we are also the manufacturer. We will have some incentive prices for a short while and I will let all you know about that when the time is right!

Yeah.

I just feel like $1000 for $25 worth of sleeves and a handfull of man and machine hours is a bit high in hindsight for sleeving and honing.

 

You've obviously never paid for a shop. The electric to run the machines, and the materials to make all this stuff. Oh the wages for everyone and their replacements for the tips of their grinders, and the machines themselves, etc., etc., etc., etc., etc...... There's just no end to the list when your trying to progress a shop like they have recently.

 

Works for a ferrous materials manufacturer.

Then you should know that your money goes to paying for the capital invested into setting up the company as well as the overhead. Then of course there's the profit they need to make in order to grow, do R&D and put out new products.

 

That's what my etc's were about.

 

Vince I must say that all your products are killer and I will definately be buying some stuff from you in the futuer because like you said you have tested them out and you are available on the boards which means that you are both a smart business man because you know that you have a market here and you are available for general convo..

The only thing that will prevent me from buying anything is the damn RED adonizing... It WILL be your best seller.. LOL. Or you can just make a special set for me when I am ready for a reduced price..
