Are theses NGK spark plugs good for the R?

BKR7EVX11 and their iridium equivelant are not too bad in price.
but for stock motors i would recommend a 6 over the 7

what about those denso iradiums... i need to know before i install them and blow my engine..... o and the colder it is the better for high compression or boost....
Can't believe I'm editing a 7+ year old post but all the NGK stock #'s have since changed. On stock ECU I'd only go one range cooler than stock. Last I checked I believe it was a BKR7E-11.

denso heat range / 3 = NGK heat range
so 20 /3 = 6 . something, its equal to heat range 6 for NGK which is stock range for itr.
