JDM type R carbon fiber center console fit a USDM dc-2?

I found a used JDM carbon fiber center console complete with the arm rest, ashtray, lighter, and cupholder. Will this fit a USDM dc-2?

I heard it won't.

nope. the console curves to the right and won't fit.
