gonna be on my 3g in about 3 weeks to a month.
its 26" x 6" x 3"
fit's perfectly in the stock bumper. Nicely concealed and not too flashy so that it gets stolen, yet large enough to get the job done.

you won't need to cut your bumper support with anything that has a height of less than 8" or 9", unless you have a greddy type 24 or sumthin...hey i wanted to check out some pics of your 94+ INTEGRA INTERCOOLER PICS. Enjoy!
Here's my teg with a Starion IC
I don't have any pics of it with the bumper back on, but I'll try and get some soon. I didn't cut the bumper support, but I might decide to, as it does sit pretty low. I think I might be able to get away with it though, as I've seen IC's sitting A LOT lower then this one. I only had to do minimal cutting of the bumper

i did my charge pipes and my intercooler for my integra today, and i need to cut my bumper support cuz the damn thing hangs REAAAAAAAAAL low ( i suggest you do that too other dude with white teg and starion intercooler question .. any of you guys have to cut your bumpers to fit your intercooler in ??> mine kinda sits back into the radiator a lil .. basically it doestn fit face flush with the bumper support which i wish it woulc do .. makes mounting a shitload easier ..
very very nice guys, keep them coming

What did you guys use to drill holes in the IC and bumper support. I just tried a drill today with the drill bit. Barely put a dent in the thing.. I guess I'm using the wrong bit? Or just not enough torque on the drill.

carbide bit..you gotta have enough torque..What did you guys use to drill holes in the IC and bumper support. I just tried a drill today with the drill bit. Barely put a dent in the thing.. I guess I'm using the wrong bit? Or just not enough torque on the drill.
