Default dpfi to mpfi

I want swap my DPFI in my '89 civic DX to MPFI...What am I going to need...I did a search, but i did not find what I was looking for, mainly a parts list. I was told i could do this swap cheaply, is this true? I eventually have to do this to put a B series motor in this car. What will the Ca, smog people think about the MPFI swap on my D series motor? Also any advice from someone who has done this swap before, would be super helpful.
Thanks

Si/EX ECU

Various plugs from MPFI harness all with some wire attached to solder to:
4 Injector plugs
1 Distributor plug
1 Injector resistor box plug

Intake manifold including everthing from the throttle body to the injectors.
Injector resistor box
EX/Si distributor

And for a bonus - Si cam

I would like to know about the Ca smog people opinions too. I don't know if this setup would be legal even though it has the potential of being a "better" system that may be cleaner. From my understanding you can't use an intake manifold that didn't come equiped with the engine.

I'm buying all of my stuff (except the wiring harness and dizzy) from JohnnyEF for $150 shipped from CA to FL. It really is a cheap mod if you can just find the parts from the right people.

BTW, I need an SI harness if anyone is looking to get rid of one, and a distributor too

Here's a site that has the wiring diagrams. http://hybrid2.honda-perf.org/tech/4gdxtozc.html
Also, a while back, Sport Compact Car had an article on how to do the wiring, I don't remember what issue though.
One last thing you might want to try is talking to thumpu77, he seems to know a lot about the MPFI conversion.

Is this a good deal:
$100 For everything from the manifold up. That'll include the manifold, injectors, fuel rail, throttle body, tps sensor etc. Everything
