If you bring Canadian R in US, would the warranty be valid in US?
Thanks

Hey there

iF you are the original owner of the car and your coming from canada, yes u will retain warranty, you need a letter from honda though. If you sell the car in america the buyer wil have no warranty.

If you buy a honda in Canada and import it to the US, the warrenty will not be valid in the US and vice versa. I bought my R at CDN Acura dealership and they gave me a form w/ the warrenty that is still left on the car. They knew the car was going to be exported. In other words, if something major were to happen, I should be able to bring it back to the CDN dealership for warranty work
