people do this cause having a house is way better for your credit than owning a car..plus you can build up equity and whatnot to buy nicer things in the future and you wont have to be worried about being turned down on it..so buying a house is a good smart thing to do..if i had the money id do it..good luck on the sale bro to a clean Si..
