take the time that an EM1 runs and add/subtract a few tenths same power output 160hp...the base is heavier than the Si however it has more torque there ya go

That's not a guess. That's what base RSX's run at the track. If you're looking for manufacturer's ratings, honda doesn't release 1/4 mile times of their cars.
