Damn, 1440 usd...K2 teg's price is killing my brain.
There is 1600 for Zeal S6 and 1440 for JIC FLT A2 which is 17 ways adjustable while the Zeal is only 6way. Dont konw again what to do...and I was all about Zeal, but now that killer price
What would you do?
I guess the Zeal is ligther, cause it is fully aluminium body, the JIC is steel. HELP ME OUT!
PS: Thois is for Civic EG6 all out AutoX

Is it worth it to spend an extra 160 to save weight off you car? It's up to you.
The Zeal shocks are rebound and compression adjustable with the one **** and I would find out if the JIC are the same way before you make your final decision.
As for 6 levels of adjustment vs. 17, I highly doubt that your driving skills are sensitive enough to need 17 levels of adjustment. On Koni's that have an infinate level of adjustments how many settings do people usually use? I bet it's not 17, or even 6.
Finaly, find out how long it would take to get the shocks revalved and where you would have to send them.

Like Geratol pointed out the adjustability between 6 and 17 is not a viable decision making factor.
The differnce between setting 9 and settign 12 on teh JIC will be hardly noticed, where as going from 4 to 5 on the Zeals will be noticed just teh same. I used to have a similar setup to teh JIC and they were 15 way adjustable. I noticed the only real differnce at 0 ---- 7 ---- 15. All it served as was a pint in the *** to crank it from 7 to 15 when i needed stiffness oppose to the one click adjustment.
Now i have moved to a new set of ZEAL's called the Function S. 6 lbs 9 oz a corner, full aluminum bodied, Swift lightweight springs, and NO ADJUSTABILITY! Exact same as teh S6 without the adjustability. Rare and no listed on ZEAL's site.
Who cares anyways. Its not liek i will be playing with it that much anyways. I can either go with 8k in the front of 12 k in the front, and same for the rears. Springs will change the stiffness whereas the shocks are valved to handle either or with preset rebound and dampining from the manufacturer.
The weight is nice of teh ZEAL's but JIC makes good **** too. If your not a good driver and want to get better get the JIC, "set it and forget it" (like that infomercial form the rotissary oven, mmmm) and spend the extra $160 on an HPDE or a pair of Azenis.

I just noticed Endless has a distributor in Austrailia:
CENTRAX
27 Janice Street Sunnybank, QLD 4109
Australia
61-7-3344-2558
Call them up and see if they do in house revalving. If so I think Zeal would be the way to go.

oops all this time I thought his name was Austrailian Type-R!
I have even been to Austria and saw the "There are no Kangaroos in Austria" t-shirts.
Ok then, The closest Zeal distributor would be in Italy:
Brembo S.p.A.
Via Brembo 25, 24035 Curno (BG) Italy
035-605-111
or Germany:
KS mortorsport
Kopernikusstr. 15 D-50126 Bergheim

When i talked to Endless/ZEAL their customer service was fantastic. That is the main reason I bought the ZEAL's. They do valving for around $100 a corner shipped back to you, and will set you up with stiffer spring rates if needed for little money. Ill send mine in at the end of next season for an overhaul.

GOT EMAIL from Kevin @ JIC MAgic.com
We can change the spring rates no problem to what ever you want. A spring
change is $50 for the entire set, not each. They are 15 way compression and
rebound adjustable. (not independent) I can accept paypal no problem.
Thank you,
Kevin

So it looks like both brands offer the same features and are similarly priced. If it were me the deciding factor would be how easily can you get then serviced.
One thing I was wondering. I see you're comparing the Zeal Function S6 to the JIC FLT-A2. A closer comparason would be the Zeal Function B6 to JIC FLT-A2 as they are both steel.

JIC is installing flta2s on my car this Saturday and corner weighting. We're making an RSX meet out of it, but anyone in the SoCal area is welcome to come check them out. They're in Downey, CA. Starts at 11am.

I'll be getting S6's in the coming 3 weeks(Mike @ IPS just got his shipment of Zeals in and they are stuck in customs for the next 2-2.5 weeks). Lessening any weight in the dampeners/springs is ALWAYS good. Less unsprung weight = more precise handling.
I went to the Endless/ZEAL USA webpage and just sent a generic emil to their info department. I actually have the Function S which is the non adjustable version of the S6, so maybe re valving pricing is different? I emailed a guy with a generic name (Mike, John etc...) and he replied graciously and very fast. I forget his exact name but would remember if i heard it.
I also bought the Function S used and ZEAL recommends that their systems be revalved after every 3 years

It's only $100 per corner to revlave Function B6's at Endless USA. I can't imagine that the internals on the S6 are any differenet.
Ahhh, I just got off the phone with Kent from Endless USA and he said it's $100 a corner for revalving for all models below the Super Function (B, B2, Function B2, Function B6, Function S, Function S6)

I'm currently having mine revalved. It only takes 1-2 days for them to revalve the socks. I would of had them returned next week but they ran out of shims so they had to have some more rush air shipped form Japan bumping the wait time by about 1 week.
