Lowered my ITR with Spoon Springs
I lowered the R yesterday (11/4/02), but never had a chance to take pictures... it was too dark also... but here are a couple of pics of the car with the Mugen wing.... The springs are great... ride quality is very near stock, handling is much better now (lower center of gravity) although at stock it was already very good... The drop with these springs are a perfect drop.. not too low, just perfect..
Thanks to Mike @ IPS Racing for the springs--
And now I'm really considering getting a set of these springs for my brother's GSR..

Handling is very good... I feel more comfortable now taking turns... and where I work at... I have to take a very windy road... feels more planted compared to stock.... also, my stock RE010s are starting to wear.... after the set of Azenis that I'm going to get... hopefully the handling will be much improved with new tires.. but in other words--Spoon Springs--
As for looks... looks a little better.. not too much into that, but as for performance... it's better... like I said, the road that I take to work is enough road course for me... it's pretty bad when the road you take to work has a kill count...

I'm pretty sure that there will be camber wear... since it is lowered now.... but even before when it was stock... it had camber wear already.... I do believe that ITRs have negative camber from the factory since they are lower compared to other Integras...

But the way ImageStation works you need an account, but I'm pretty sure most of you have accounts.. but I think I only took about 12 pictures or so....

how come some people with the springs notice that the back of the car sits lower?? why is that?
actually if the rear of the car is higher than the front you get crazy steering probs. just a thought.

wouldnt like spoon springs wear out the sstock shocks fast?... i mean the linear springs such as KGmm and Eibach Pro kit... dont they wear em out pretty fast?
You camber will be phucked in about 15,000 miles. Yes, it handles a lot better, but on stock shocks, please start saving your money. I just ordered Bilstein SPs for my spoon springs that have been on my car for 22K miles.

when you raise the back of the car it plants the front.
you would see this if you ever cornerweighted a car.
I dont like JDM rates , and I dont prefer the rear sit lower than the front.
I think they run very strange suspension settings , only thing I can think is they either like cars that understeer or run alot of camber up front and hardly any in the rear.
sorry for the rant......
