reallly Ive never heard that about the Mark Williams setup .
As far as the John Moore -nitro setup angela proud foot just tore her set up
and she cant be making that much horsepower.
dss 5 have snaped on 28 slicks
my 2 pennies-pdang

I love my prodrive stage 1's held up all year and were in lisa kubos car before that. Then they went to stage 2's late last year
as far as angela breaking the nitro set up I agree, she is not making as much hp as she say's, my car weigh's more does not have wheelie bars and has higher trap speeds that her car, but I think she was breaking the axles because the way the car was setup, and how they were launching it.But the nitro was suppose to be the end all end all of axle replacement.Mark williams I heard were great morroso dont know who uses them. yeah i was intrested in the nittro setup till i found out this news . But i think its gonna have to be williams or a custom setup similar to kennys or jojos for my car-pdang
Extreme Fab. axles and suspension all the way
DSS stage 4 (before stage 5 was out) I broke on second pass ever on them coming out of water box on 26x8.5x15 slicks

both the pro drives and DDS stage 5's give way at about 600+ hsp/400+ ft/lbs of torque, even on only 26" tires. the DDS's lasted longer but still break. i loved the DDS's in my street car. lasted all year @ over 500 hsp and over 300 ft lbs of torque.
man i hope my prodrive set up holds with the accord hubs and the axles but no intermediate shaft because on the prelude
If it were me, id get the extreme setup. If that wasnt available, id get the mark williams stuff.
the drive shaft shop are sweet too, frank is a real good guy, there bulky though i think hes comeout with a new setup might be lighter then the last. The pro drive are really expensive, the williams ive hear great things about, and the last time i talked to neidimere he was saying the nitro were breaking because of clutch problems not so much an power issue. I saw his nitro, there so nice.
I think a lot of breakage depends on weight of car and how you come out of the hole. I think you can break 500hp at 400hp and you can make 400hp axles work at 600hp depending how you launch. If you 2 step it and the car hooks dead chances are they can break. we have a tilton double disc and clutchmaster double disc on our cars and if you ride the **** out of it out of the hole the dss stage 5 axles should hold up fine. thats my opinion.
"both the pro drives and DDS stage 5's give way at about 600+ hsp/400+ ft/lbs of torque, even on only 26" tires",maybe with matt driving heheheh, can you say side steping the clutch. heheheheh. Jason

Extreme cant be gotten any longer so Mark Williams would be my choice.
i dot know i have the prodrive ahubs and the stage one axles and i hope they will hold up to 600hp at the wheels because man the marke willams set up is out rageous and im useing a quaife
(lord please dont break anything this season thank you amen)

Rob Moore axles are the best on the market.I have about 40 passes on my car with his axles not 1 problem. At least half of the runs my sixty foot were between 1.41-1.45.You have to see the nitro kit with your own eyes to see the quality.
Someone drop some info on me what is or was the extreme kit ?
and what motor setup are you running on the moore axles turbocivic3337?

if thats the extreme its still available in fact i did so much research on that kit tis not even funny. I talked to proclassracer(he has it on his chassis car)i talked to Tony1 and i even talked to jg engine dynamics about . I got in contact with the fabricator of this kit and he is now with team saturn but hes still making one for my car hopefully email me for info-pdang thnx hondaswaper
hmm lets see, Moroso's,Extreme Fab's,Pro-Drives,Mark Williams,Nitro's and DSS stage 5s...they all suck *****,not because they're bad or anything but because they dont make anything for my
D series, well except DSS,i went with their stage 3(highest they have for Ds) so they half suck
ps..please dont say Ds dont make enuff power to justify them,it will only show how little you know..here goes a sample of one D that could use a nice set of DSS stage 5 and such
http://home.earthlink.net/~toddm/jamesw.html
also check out the sister car in that link, its a cool 4dr sleeper that runs 11.1s
