The 1997 ITR brochure says 2595 lbs

 

I weighed mine last year,,, 2,560...

That weight included the spare and jack and rear tray, various CD's and loads of junk in the center console...

With no gas, no spare, no jack, no driver, and my sub out, my car weighed in at 2350! Full interior, no real weight reduction other than aftermarket I/H/E. I was quite impressed.

 

I remember when I got my ITR corner balanced it weighed 2650 w/o me on the car.

Just put a friends 1988 CRX HF on the scales wensday = 1754lbs,

Its his winter car that is gutted, still has 2 seats, console and dash and a worked SOHC SI motor in it. The little thing moves.

My car has A/C as well as PS, and is a 97 (the weight was determined during a cornerweighting session).

However, I have heard that AdamITR or someone dropped just under 300 lbs. by fully stripping the interior, ABS, SRS, carpets, seats etc.

I had mine weighed at the landfill last year and it was 2600 w/o driver. This was with 1/2 tank of gas with spare. The scale only went in 20 lb increments so it could of been a little higher or lower...

You need the internet for EVERYTHING, and even if the weight was correct, my R had A/C installed at the dealership, I'm sure that tag doesn't show the change in weight ...
