running all speakers and remote leads through one harness....
i had an idea to make my entire sub/box/cap/amps removable as one unit......i've got the power and rca part taken care of...i was thinking about going to best buy and buying a factory harness and a universal harness (so they the plugs go together) and splicing 6 channels + remote turn on lead (13 leads total) into the harness on either side....
<- to speakers(13 leads) to amps(13 leads) ->
---------------------| |-----------------------------
................harness^
sorry about the ascii art, hope you get what im sayin though. my goal is to be able to pull rcas, unclip harness, and remove + - leads and be able to pull the whole contraption out of the trunk easily. anyone tried this before? would there be too much signal degredation from all the connections and possible interference?
