Yes,
I used to have 1990 Honda Civic CRX Si that I put a dynomax cat-back system on with the dual tip Super Turbo Muffler. The sound out of it was nice and throaty and did not sound like a kazoo. Real good quality for the price (around $220.00 back in 1996). If I did not run across such a great deal on my full stainless steel system (Header, High flow cat, Cat-back) for my 1990 Civic Si HB, I would definitly would have bought the cat-back from Dynomax again. I say go for it!

eh I got 2 1/4' one with a 32" glasspack and hi-flo cat.. Thing sounds awsome. Go for it. Couldn't have a better sounding exhaust for the money
Mine sounds nice, a little low, stock at idle and has an awsome growl at WOT. I wonder what it would sound like with a 25" resonator though.
Seriously though, people are always asking me if its a DC sports (i've never even heard one)

that's the muffler i used on my first EF HB and when it got written off, i took it off and put it on the civic i have now. really good quality. i've had it on for two winters now and still no rust! it sounds great too. i think i'm gonna get the ultra flo muffler since its straight through and if there's a cat back that comes with it, i'll get that too

just bought one a couple weeks ago. I got the dual tip one too, havn't had the time to put it on yet though cause I still have a fuel leak I have to fix first, although it looks like a good exhaust. I just bought the full kit so it came with clamps and everything too.
I paid about $200 canadian for it, i say it looks like a good system for the money.

the smaller the muffler the pingier it sounds. I had a 2' or so long super turbo that sounded meaty, I wish I still had it. Fell off the car on I-5 in portland, bought a flowmaster and it sounds like **** even with a glasspack before it. If you're doing a do-it-yourself setup I'd suggest the super turbo.
I also had the dual outlet super turbo, the extra long style super turbo. After my Z6 swap and 4-1 headers with no cat and after with catco cat, sounded very very raspy.
Although it sounded really nice and quite when cruising, when I went wot after the swap, it sounded like a tin can. Maybe I got a bad one because when I had one on my 84 supra it sounded nice and not raspy at all or maybe my CRX was flowing after the swap??

char, I dont think the size of the resonator decreases flow. Its all straight through. I just went with the longest one because I wanted a quiet exhaust due to cops and late night driving. it sounds great with the 32', prolly would sound the same with a smaller pack but louder.
BTW, I got a DC header too, dunno if that is effecting the sound as well (prolly).

Hcivic88 - did you buy your dynomax exhaust system from a local dealer in ontario or did you have it shipped from somewhere else??
what does the FULL set up consist of ???
Can anybody post some pics of the dual tips? I have a DC stainless steel catback, and unfortunately, I'm having to part out my car. I was going for a stock looking exhaust (dual tips out of the muffler) and hopefully one not as loud as my DC. I found all the parts on dynomax's website to build the rear section. There weren't any pics on the site, just illustrations. I was hoping someone here had the Dynomax stainless steel dual tips that they could post a pic of. Maybe even the entire rear section as it looks from behind the car. Please, please, pretty please. I don't want to order this stuff and have it look like crap on the car. Thanks, JB

alright, to answer some questions.
zcivicz - yes, i bought it from a local dealer in ontario, not shipped. I actullay got it from an autoparts store about 5mins away from my house, took them about 2 days to get it for me. Mine came with, the muffler, both tips, the inlet pipe, gasket from resonator pipe->inlet pipe, and 3 clamps(inlet to muffler, both tips)
d16apwr, heres some pics of the muffler and tips, and one of just the tips.

Hcivic88,
did you get the full dynomax catback or did you just get the rear section?? also is that mendrel-bent, it doesnt seem to be?? one other thing is it 2.25" inlet to muffler and 2 2" outlets, whats the measurments of mufler and piping?

I had the Dynomax super turbo muffler with a 2 1/4 inch straight pipe. It was pretty quiet on normal driving, but it sounded kinda stupid when you punched it.
Thanks for posting the pics. I was hoping that it came with round tips. I'm really looking for something that appears stock (my car is getting very SLEEPY). I've sold all my cosmetic mods except for my exhaust, but kept my turbo. I was hoping to find something that looked stock. I guess I could just weld new tips on.
I just got the rear section, the whole thing wasn't available, although thats alright i guess.
its a 2.25" inlet and two 2" outlets on the muffler.
and yes, it is all mendrel bent.

As they say different strokes for different folks. I dig on my Super Turbo. It's almost dosile below 3 grand and crusing. Kick it down a gear and WAHOO! Unleash the terror of my hatch. Im sooooo sick of the motorcycle fart can mufflers on stock cars. GAYYYYY as Richard Simmons. Super Turbo's Rock. Very law enforcement friendly if your not on the pipe! Definate best buy.
I'm using a Dynamax UltraFlo muffler. Sounds a bit raspy like can-style mufflers, but not nearly as loud. Overall it's a quiet sounding muffler.
The UltraFlo is the only option if you want a stock looking muffler and a 2.25/2.50" straight thru design. Great quality, awesome price, and the best specs. I haven't regretted it.
