Default Check out what I've been working on

Ge sleeves, 83mm bore 10:1 cr, je pistons

GE headgasket, very nice

Oringed sleeves

Crower rods

last but not least the t3/t4 turbo

mix this in with misc. other stuff in my hatch and i think I'll have some fun on the ol' street. Golden Eagle's work is top notch in my book, cant wait to see how it runs

I see a gap in your O-ring... How did you cut your O-rings? I had to buy special cutters, and still file it by hand to make sure mine were perfect.

Also, that looks to be a copper ring.. is it?

Do you have a receiver grove in the head?

there are no gaps, it is just wire that i layed in the groove on the sleeve, and the head is stock, nothing was done to accept the oring, it doesnt have to be

My setup

93 hatch w/ minimal interior
b18c
bored to 83mm
10:1 je pistons
Crower rods
Balanced and deburred crank
gsr cams
Stock head for now
RC 750cc inj
AEM EMS
t3/t4 .50a/r, with custom work done to it
26x8x15 mt slicks

The guy who had the turbo before me ran a 12.7 at 112 with a stock bore b18 in a full interior coupe w/ 2.3 60' times because he could not get traction, with slicks. All he really has on his setup is pistons, factory ecu. The guy who you see in the background sometimes is my buddy Will, the best builder in the southwest.

just some high temp paint from checker, universal red. NOT the 1500 deg. header stuff, that flakes and rubs off.

why not run an STR or Venom intake manifold with your turbo setup? Won't the dual stage gs-r manifold hurt your performance?
