lowering problem 4th gen accord
I had this little problem after lowering my accord i was wondering if there was a solution fro it. i have a 92 accord lx and I installed new shocks and springs KYB AGX shocks and Eibach sportsline springs which lowered it 1.8 front and 1.7 rear. i have Einki 17x7 's with 215 /45's wich i picked from Japan. My problem is now that it is lowered whenever i hit even the smallest bump the rear tires hit the body. before buying the tires and rims i made sure to research they fit the car i even made sure the backspacing is good but i dunno what happened since the rear tires are sticking out of the body for about 1/2 of an inch maybe less . so i was wondering if anyone could help me solve this problem.

i think the only solution to your problem is to get new wheels. if your tires are sticking out that means your offset is way off. i have a question to ask you. i have the exact same setup, sportlines and KYB AGX. if it's possible, measure the distance between a stock 4th gen at the top of the fenderwell to the ground and then measure the distance between yours the same way. how low did you actually go? i had the eibach installed before then KYB and it was 2.5" lower. then when the KYB were added it was raised another inch to only 1.5" low? did you have the smae result. i kinda like it since i can clear pretty well everything and still have the handling benefits but it only looks like the pro-kit now.
well i did think it lowerd a bit too much but i did not take measurements eventhough i was intending to do so. but I'll have to wait for that since i am in Afghanistan and my car is in Cali...
but as far as handling goes i love it
and as far as rolling the fenders goes i was thinking of putting flare just like the 4 door skyline R32 i think it is pretty subtle and would look good too..
what you guys think and also does and one know of a good shop that would do that in southern Cali?

you can use a (wooden) baseball bat to "roll your own"...haha... roll your own fenders that is for tire clearance. If you can imagine using the tire as the pivot and leverage point, you get the idea. Best of all its ...... . . . :: ::::::::: FREE ::::::::: : : . .. .........

i have an 01 accord and im slammed on 16s... keep the rims man. All you have to do is roll the fenders with a fender roller or with a hammer and dolly and invest in some rear camber arms... ball joints in front, and links/arms in back. get the adjustable ones so you can simply take the tire off and camber them wheels out till they tuck... im tucking 16x9 so BELIEVE ME. i know ur struggle. also invest in some stretched tires like a 195/40/17. they really help with the rubs
