anyone know good intake manifold for h22?
I've read about two-stage intake manifold being good for mid-range, but want to junk mine for a single skunk2 - which is a compromise between the two stage prelude manifold. check out http://www.hondalife.com/articles/intakemanifold.htm
- i emailed a guy about the h22 skunk2 single stage manifold and he told me to wait a couple of weeks. does anyone know who sells them? anyone buy any other intage manifolds? i read a review on the venom and it was a total piece of **** - http://www.carreview.com/Parts/PRD_54332_2893crx.aspx - h22 motor - let me know, thanks

Skunk2 has been saying two weeks for about 6 months now.
The Skunk2 will probably be based on the Euro-R sintake manifold, just like the Integra manifold is based off the ITR. Do a search for euro-r or manifold, it's been discussed recently and fairly often.
The STR and Venom are the only other manifold, but they're sheet metal, made for turbo.

yeah, i saw the euro-r, but it's expensive, not to mention fitment issues (so i've read) the skunk2 is available for $240-26- for silly b series. that's a good price.
http://www.inlinefour.com/aceurinman.html - euro-r for $350 - mod req.
JUN now makes the Euro-R manifold pre modified
From James Chan at http://www.performance-evolution.com
"For all you guys that want the EuroR intake manifold and were worried about the headache of making it fit. Well, your answer is here, JUNAuto now makes a EuroR intake manifold premodified for the Prelude/H22A. I thought it was kinda funny, that they are selling what some of the other Luders already did. Heh, the other thing that isn't so funny is the price, they want 95,000Yen approx~765US.
I'm not sure if it is released yet in the North American market yet, but sooner or later.
Just thought I'd like you guys know about this new product"

i was conserding the euro r intake manifold but decided not to get it because did not want to do the mods that it requires to put it on and if i remember correctly, its only $320 from http://www.jdmhondaparts.com but this is a while back so they might have raise prices.
Im thinking the skunk2 one wont be priced in the 200's when it comes out due to the demands on them plus the b series manifolds were pretty expensive when they first came out.
